STAMPS, Ark.—Barbara Ann Hill, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018. Mrs. Hill was born Sept. 17, 1943, in Buckner, Ark. Survivors include one sister, Alice York of Jacksonville, Ark. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home with John Force officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
