QUEEN CITY, Texas—Arthur Ellis Hall, 60, of Jefferson, Texas, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mr. Hall was born Oct. 8, 1957. He was a mechanic. He was preceded in death by one son, James Hall. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Shawnie Hall of McLeod, Texas, and Arthur and Malinda Miller Hall of Bloomburg, Texas; his mother, Emily Firth of West Monroe La.; two brothers James Hall of West Monroe, La., and Gene Hall of Jackson, La.; two sisters, Jeanette Breland of Walker La., and Elizabeth Hall of West Monroe; one daughter-in-law, Lisa George of McLeod; and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at McLeod Good Exchange Cemetery. Burial will be under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
