DeKALB, Texas—Karen Gail Bailey King, 51, of DeKalb, Texas died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mrs. King was born July 9, 1966, in Houston. She was a nurses aid and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Keith King of DeKalb; her mother-in-law, Lola King of Hooks, Texas; one brother-in-law, Robert D. King of Hooks; three sisters-in-law, Debbie G. Martin and Mickey James of Hooks and Judy Martinez of Little Rock; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of Bates Family Funeral Home. Online registration is at batesfamilyfuneralhome.com.
