EUGENE WALLER

Eugene Morris Waller, 86, of Nash, Texas, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Waller was born Jan. 14, 1932, in Bowie County, Texas. He was a Mason, a member of Red Lick Methodist Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Mark Waller; and one grandson, Allen Eugene Waller. Survivors include his wife, Delores Waller; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Howard and Cindy Waller and Allen Waller of Nash and Steve and Ressa Waller of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Nadine and Norman Taylor of Maud, Texas; one sister, Wanda McAnally of Texarkana; 13 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Augustine Alaniz officiating. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
