LeGran Bryan Elliott, 92, of Denton, Texas, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018, in Denton. Mr. Elliott was born March 29, 1925, in Texarkana, Texas. He was formerly employed by William Cameron Co., Frank Stevens Sash & Door Co., Cade Pioneer Co., Dallas Wholesale Building Supply, and Army and Air Force Exchange Service, Dallas. He was a former member of Rose Hill Christian Church and Green Acres Baptist Church, Tyler, Texas, and a World War II Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margrette Anona Bethany Elliott. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Kathryn Elliott Miller of Denton and Patricia Jane Elliott Thompson of Coleman, Texas; two grandsons, Brian Elliott Thompson of Katy, Texas, and James Michael Thompson of Edmond, Okla.; one granddaughter, Laura Katherine Thompson Hatch of Granbury, Texas; and four great-grandchildren, Gunner, Benjamin, Ethan and Tye. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Richard Posey officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
