KATHERINE STIVERS

Cathryne "Katherine" Stivers, 85, of Nash, Texas, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Stivers was born July 9, 1932 in Athens, Ark. She was a retired physical therapist and a Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Stivers; two daughters, Linda Stivers and JoAnn Admire; one son, Stuart Stivers Sr.; three granddaughters, Freedia Gayle, Chasity Nicole and Amanda Kay; and one great-granddaughter, Abigaile Admire. Survivors include two sons, Glen Stivers of Texarkana, Texas, and James "Bubba" Stivers of Nash; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Erma Stivers of Katy, Texas, Vaneasia and Mike Willard of Texarkana, Ark., and Kathy and Frederick Rounsavall of Nash; one brother, Dave Willis of Burlington, Wis.; two sisters, Allene Bell of Hobbs, N.M., and Delores Tolleson of Dierks, Ark.; 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
