STAMPS, Ark.—Jean Lucille Bailey, 54, of Stamps died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017. Ms. Bailey was born Dec. 25, 1963, in Lewisville, Ark. Survivors include one brother, Daniel Bailey of Montgomery, Ala.
