CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Willie Lee Williams, 79, of Vallejo, Calif., died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2017, in a Vallejo hospital. Mr. Williams was born Oct. 29, 1938, in Clarksville, Texas. He was an Air Force veteran. Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Sundra Williams of Oro Valley, Ariz., and George and Connie Williams of Antioch, Calif.; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary and the Rev. Joe Liggins of Clarksville, Mildred and Bill Jones of Sacramento, Calif., and Hallie Cox of Fairfield, Calif.; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Hebron Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Liggins officiating. Burial will be under direction of Citizens Funeral Home.
