Marlene Foster

Marlene Foster, age 78, of Texarkana, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 4, 2018 surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born August 28, 1939 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was a caregiver and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Marlene was preceded in death by her husband of thirty eight years, Glynn Foster. She devoted her life to caring for others. She enjoyed singing in the choir and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she came in contact with young or old. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Teresa and Greg Sutton of Texarkana, Texas, Dorie and Frank Pearson of Texarkana, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law: Mark and Christy Foster of Ashdown, Arkansas; Greg and Allie Foster of Panama City, Florida; thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. She was a matriarch, who was known for her faith and love for Jesus Christ and others. Marlene leaves behind a legacy of love for all to follow. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M.
