Bill "Pop" Maloy, 97, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at his home. Arrangements are pending with Chapelwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Buchanan First Baptist Church.
