HOPE, Ark.—Bobby G. Stroup, 85, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mr. Stroup was born April 27, 1932, in Enid, Okla. Survivors include four children, Timothy Eric Stroup, Shanna Leigh Stroup and Shane Stroup of Texarkana, Ark., and Lisa Dara Black Traut of Arlington, Texas; three grandchildren, Gabrielle N. Stoddard of Carrollton, Texas, Zachary D. Traut of Denver, Colo., and Tyler S. Stroup of Texarkana, Texas; and seven nieces and nephews. No services are scheduled at this time.
