HOPE, Ark.—Helen Ruth Taylor Johnson, 65, of Ozan, Ark., died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018. Mrs. Johnson was born Aug. 17, 1952. She was a personal care provider. Survivors include her husband, Odell Johnson; one daughter and son-in-law, Tewena and Chad Graham of Fayetteville, Ark.; two sons, Fredrick Johnson of Ozan and Jamal Johnson of Hope, Ark.; four brothers, Clarence Taylor of Los Angeles, Elder Hayes Taylor and Floyd Taylor of South Bend, Ind., and John Taylor of Ozan; one sister, Eva J. Taylor-Mapps of Gary, Ind.; three grandchildren; two aunts; one uncle; two great-aunts; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint Luke C.M.E. Church. Burial will be in Saint Peter Cemetery under the direction of Hicks Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
