JERRY PATE

Jerry Roger Pate, 62, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, at his home. Mr. Pate was born Nov. 30, 1955, in Cass, Texas. He was an automotive machinist for Lawley Machine Shop. Survivors include his wife, Debra Pate; one son and daughter-in-law, Derek and Brittany Pate; one daughter and son-in-law, Heather and William Simpson; three grandchildren, Ava Simpson, Lila June Simpson, and Gavin Pate; one brother and sister-in-law, Jackie and Debbie Pate; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 4 p.m. today at Texarkana Funeral Home with the Rev. Cranford Graves officiating. Visitation will immediately follow the service.
