DON WARRINGTON

Donald Edmond Warrington, 77, of Maud, Texas, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, in a Plano, Texas, hospital. Mr. Warrington was born Oct. 7, 1940, in Cass County, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, owner of Don Warrington's Repair Service and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by one son, Clay Warrington. Survivors include his wife, Gail Warrington of Maud; one daughter and son-in-law, Mechille and Jeff Seymour of Waco, Texas; one brother, Joe Warrington of Texarkana; two sisters, Glenda Thomas of Texarkana and Betty Healan of Queen City, Texas; one grandson, Gavin Garrett of Maud; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Amanda and Corey Overbeck of Maud; one great-granddaughter, Rhealynn Overbeck of Maud; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Jones officiating. Private burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud.
