ANNA RUTHERFORD

GURDON, Ark.—Anna Dell Rutherford, 86, of Burtsell, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018, in at her home. Mrs. Rutherford was born Oct. 28, 1931, in Okolona, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Center Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Rutherford; one son, Johnie Junior Rutherford; and one great-grandson, Phillip Scott. Survivors include four daughters, Leida Mae Loe, Mary Ann Manzella, Linda Joy Duckett and Sara Jane Taylor of Okolona; two brothers, Jimmy McNabb of Okolona and Joe McNabb of Arkadelphia, Ark.; four sisters, Barbara Hubbard of Curtis, Ark., Margie Prince of Laneburg, Ark., Alice Merchant of Texas and Emma Parson of Malvern, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Center Grove Methodist Church with Mike Steed and the Rev. Donny Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
