HOPE, Ark.—Travis J. England, 84, of Shover Springs, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018, at a local nursing home. Mr. England was born May 25, 1933 in Shover Springs. He was retired from the Arkansas Forestry Commission, a retired poultry farmer and a retired bus driver at Hope Public Schools. He also was a member of Rafter 'J' Cowboy Church and a Korean War Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Delinda Lynn England. Survivors include his wife, Claudia McCorkle England of Shover Springs; three sons, Kendell England of Lincoln, Ark., and Kris England and Kevin England of Hope, Ark.; two brothers, Bryan England and Jimmy England of Hope; three sisters, Judy Ezell of Waldo, Ark., Ida Nell Thomas of Greenwood, Ark., and Sue England of Hope; three grandchildren; and number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Neil Ridling officiating. Burial will be in Shover Springs Cemetery.
