EMMA EDWARDS

Emma Faye Edwards, 86, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018. Mrs. Edwards was born Aug. 20, 1931, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. She was retired from Red River Army Depot and a member of First Baptist Church, Hooks and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husbands; and two daughters, Jerry Lococo and Elaine Dubroc. Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Benny Labat, Jimmy and Margaret Labat and John and Sherry Edwards; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Revs. Michael Mauldin and Grant Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
