KEITH McMELLON

Willard Keith McMellon, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at his home. Mr. McMellon was born June 14, 1943, in Bowie County, Texas. He was retired from the Texas Department of Transportation. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Terri Ann Lewis. Survivors include his wife, Diann McMellon of Texarkana; one son, Jeff McMellon of Texarkana; one son-in-law, Tony Lewis of Redwater, Texas; two granddaughters, Courtney Thompson of Fort Rucker, Ala., and Sydney Lewis of Redwater; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Larry and Lola McMellon and Michael McMellon of Texarkana; one brother-in-law and spouse, Jackie and Flossie Burke of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Northwood Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Posey officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. Visitation will follow the service at Northwood Presbyterian Church.
