LOUISE DAVIS

Louise M. Davis, 92, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Davis was born Oct. 16, 1925, in Trees, La. She was retired from Red River Army Depot and a Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin G. Davis; one son, Robert "Robbie" Davis; and one grandson, Sammy Coker. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Linda and Kenneth Terry of Vivian, La., and Rose Coker of Texarkana; one sister, Barbara Moore of Vivian; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Fischer officiating. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Core Cemetery in Grey, Texas.
