Marti Miller

Marti Miller age 78, of Texarkana, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Friday, January 19, 2018 in a Texarkana, Texas hospice home. Marti was born March 14, 1939 in Dayton, Ohio. She was retired from Texarkana College; served in the United States Air Force; and was a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Charles L. Miller of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sons, Douglas L. Miller of Texarkana, Arkansas, Dr. Brian H. Miller and wife Lisa of Metairie, Louisiana; daughter, Terri Lynn Pinkham and fiance' Richard Yancy of Canehill, Arkansas; her brother who she helped care for at a young age, Donnie Jones; sisters, LaVera Sanders, Shirley Webber, Carol Reck; grandchildren, Braeden and Caeleigh Miller of Metairie, Louisiana, E5 EMN Jarrod J. Pinkham and wife Rachel of Silverdale, Washington, Kathryn E. Pinkham of Frisco, Texas; and a number of other relatives. A private family burial will be held at a later date in the Dallas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Marti's memory to Hospice of Texarkana, 2407 Galleria Oaks, Texarkana, Texas 75503 or to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
