Wilma Bryan Rankin, 87, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at a local hospice. Arrangements are pending with Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
