RUFUS COULTER

De QUEEN, Ark.—Rufus Burton Coulter, 83, of Lockesburg, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at his home. Mr. Coulter was born Oct. 30, 1934. He was a former Tyson employee, a farmer, a member of the Lockesburg Church of Christ and a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Bennie Tipton Coulter; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Ange Coulter, Michael and Lisa Coulter and Eric and Reba Coulter, of Lockesburg; three grandchildren, Kayla Coulter, Lindsay Coulter and Benjamin Coulter; and a number of other relatives. Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Jimmy Young officiating. Burial will be in Coulter Memorial Cemetery, Lockesburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Childrens Way, Slot 661, Little Rock, AR 72202.
