ANNA PHILLIPS

Anna Luella Phillips, 80, of Texarkana, Ark., died Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, at a local hospital. Mrs. Phillips was born Aug. 5, 1937, in Doddridge, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Phillips. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Deanna Phillips of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Buster Brady of Lewisville, Ark.; one sister, Maurice Duncan of Yuma, Ariz.; five grandchildren, Devan Powell of Fouke, Ark., J.D. Meshell of Alexander, Ark., Jennifer VanGheem of Plymouth, Minn., and Tyler Ratcliff and Tyson Phillips of Asheville, N.C.; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with Chris Hooten officiating. Burial will be in Rondo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
