ATLANTA, Texas—Dorothy Coats Hill, 84, of Georgetown, Texas, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018. Mrs. Hill was born May 17, 1933. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hill; and one son, Lathan Hill Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Phillis Wilson of Georgetown and Vicki Meng of Fremont, Neb.; one daughter-in-law, Vicky Justis Hill of Waxahachie, Texas; seven grandchildren, Joshua Wilson and Sarah Wilson Dunlap of Austin, Racheal Hill, Jacob Hill and Hannah Hill of Waxahachie, Texas, Megan Gersib of Des Moines, Iowa, and Cathleen Edgington of Fremont; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Huffines Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of Hanner Funeral Service. Online registration is at hannerfuneralservice.com.
