Barbara Ann Hill, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018. Mrs. Hill was born Sept. 17, 1943, in Buckner, Ark. Survivors include one sister, Alice York of Jacksonville, Ark. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Smith Funeral Home.
