ASHDOWN, Ark.—Evelyn W. Jewell, 76, of Ashdown died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at a local hospital. Mrs. Jewell was born June 28, 1941, in Oklahoma. Survivors include one son, Jamie Wade of Ashdown; four brothers, Jerry England, Ricky England, Morris Dale England and Clint England of Haworth, Okla; fours sisters, Julie Sipes, Joyce Wade, Vada Green and Annie Carter of Haworth; and one great-nephew, Trey Johnson. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Madden Funeral Home with Buck Wade officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
