Paul Peters

Paul Andrew Peters, 63, of Texarkana, TX passed away January 28, 2018 in a local hospital. Mr. Peters was born December 17, 1954 in Detroit, MI. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Survivors include his sister, Barbara Elam of Texarkana, brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Karen Peters of Detroit, MI, sister, Rose Peters of Lehigh, FL, brother, Walter Peters of Tawas, MI, niece, Nicole Elam of Texarkana, TX, nephew, Craig Elam and wife, Pearl of Houston, TX, niece, Laura Ewing and husband, Rob of Overland Park, KS, nephew, Clayton Elam of Texarkana, TX, great nephews, Brandon Foster of Texarkana, TX, Joshua Elam and Austin Elam both of Houston, TX and James Ewing, William Ewing and Benjamin Ewing all of Overland Park, KS. Paul was the most loving and honest person we knew. Memorial Mass will be 3 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2018 at St. Edwards Catholic Church with Father James West officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
