A.L. Ruple

CABOT, Ark.—A.L. Ruple, 87, of Little Rock, Ark., died Friday, June 29, 2018. Mr. Ruple was born Feb. 7, 1931, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a driver for J.B. Hunt, a furniture manufacturer, a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and an Air Force Korean War veteran in the Tactical Missile Squadron and Strategic Air Command. Survivors include his wife, Emogene Hughes Ruple; three children, Angela Hansard, Elizabeth Aaron and Ashley Turney; two brothers, Fred Ruple and Lee Lane; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, Ark., under the direction of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.
