Wayne Harlen Lynn

Wayne Harlen Lynn, 84, of Fouke, Ark., died Sunday, July 1, 2018. Mr. Lynn was born April 24, 1934, in Bradley, Ark. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a retired barber, the former master of Sidney Lodge 455, a member of VFW 4562 and Faith Assembly of God. He was also an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Pete Leroy Lynn. Survivors include his wife, Deany Lynn of Fouke, Ark.; two daughters, Tammy Sams and Sheila Lynn of Fouke; one grandchild, Pete Sams of Fouke; one great-granddaughter, Brylee Sams; one brother-in-law, Billy Askins of Texarkana, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Faith Assembly of God with the Rev. Brian McDonald and Frank McFerrin officiating. Burial with Masonic and military rites will be in Concord Cemetery under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
