SPRINGDALE, Ark.—Owen Curtis Kirby, 59, of Springdale died Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Mr. Kirby was born Jan. 31, 1959, in Texarkana. Survivors include two sons, J.C. Lee Kirby of Temple, Texas, and David Wayne Kirby of Fouke, Ark.; one sister, Vicki Darlene Porier of Texarkana; one brother, Roy Daniel Eskew of Stillwater, Okla.; two grandchildren, Tallen Kirby and Maddison Kirby of Fouke; one niece, Amber Nicole Hicks of Texarkana; one nephew, Michael Walls of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Saturday at Bobby Ferguson Park Pavilion.
