ASHDOWN, Ark.—Lainie Mae Helm, 9, of Ashdown died Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in Ashdown. Lainie was born July 31, 2008. She was a fourth grader Ashdown Cubs cheerleader. Survivors include her parents, Charles Helm and Taylor Helm of Ashdown; one brother, Cash Helm; two sisters, Kristan Helm and Marlei Reynolds; her grandparents, David Helm and Philip and Janice Foster; and her great-grandmother, Mary Moore of Ashdown. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Ashdown, with Butch Riddle officiating. Burial will be in Ashdown Cemetery under direction of Madden Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
