BENNY RICHARDSON SR.

Benny "Mack" Richardson Sr., 81, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, July 1, 2018, at his home. Mr. Richardson was born March 17, 1937, in Pickens County, Ala. He was retired from GE RailCar, a Mason Worshipful Master at Gate City Lodge No. 42, a deacon and member of Bright Star Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Geneva Lee Richardson of Texarkana; four sons, Ricky Young, Reginald Richardson and Benny Richardson Jr. of Texarkana and Ronald Richardson of Hope, Ark.; four daughters, June Richardson, Yolanda Richardson and Vickie Richardson of Compton, Calif., and Felicia Richardson of Texarkana; three brothers, Joe Williams, Douglas Williams and Willie Williams of Los Angeles; one sister, Earneststine Shepherd of Los Angeles; and a number of other relatives. Private services were July 6 at Lyles Funeral Home with Leteir Davis and the Rev. Paul Hill officiating. Burial was in Boyd Hill Cemetery, Lewisville, Ark.
