STEVE BIRDWELL

Stephen Phillip "Steve" Birdwell, 63, of Red Lick, Texas, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in a Dallas hospital. Mr. Birdwell was born Aug. 26, 1954, in Texarkana, Ark. He was retired from Red River Army Depot and a member of Red Lick First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Birdwell of Red Lick; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Chance and Casey Birdwell of Albuquerque, N.M., and Zach Hagin of Wentzville, Mo.; three grandchildren, Brit Hagin, Cal Hagin and Scarlett Birdwell; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Red Lick First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chuck Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Red Lick Cemetery under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
