JAMES DANLEY

James Danley, 83, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, July 8, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Danley was born March 7, 1935, in Best, Ark. He was retired from American Freightways. Survivors include his wife, Iris Danley of Texarkana; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney and Tammy Danley of Texarkana and Mike and Linda Danley of Denver, Colo.; three sisters, Mary Lou Medley of Lafayette, Ga., Dottie Gere of Edina, Minn., and Becky Palmer of Glenwood, Iowa; and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Rondo Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
