ATLANTA, Texas—Billie Sue Bankard Stroud, 89, of Atlanta died Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Mrs. Stroud was a member of Vivian Church of Christ, Vivian, La. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mark S. and Cindy Graham; two sisters-in-law, Bobbie Bankard and Loyce Bankard; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Kirsten and Tim Palmer; three great-grandchildren, Alaina, Will and Victoria; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Laws Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Christopher Bankard and Mac Hobbs officiating. Burial will be under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
