JIMMY JONES

QUEEN CITY, Texas—Jimmy Joe Jones, 83, of Atlanta, Texas, died Sunday, July 8, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas hospice. Mr. Jones was born Oct. 28, 1934. He was an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Jones; and one son, Michael Jones. Survivors include one son, Victor James of Jena, La. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today at County Line Cemetery, Pickens, Okla., with the Rev. Tommy J. Bowers officiating. Burial will be under direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
