HOPE, Ark.—Karen Carlene Kephart-Moore, 57, of Hope died Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at her home after a lengthy illness. Ms. Kephart-Moore was born Sept. 29, 1960. Survivors include one son and son-in-law, Matthew Moore and Billy Nutt III of Marshall, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Jillian and Matthew Jones of Ashdown, Ark.; her mother, Stella M. Kephart of Ashdown; one grandchild, Zoe Anderson of Ashdown; and a number of other relatives. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
