JACK WILLIAMS

Herman Jack Williams, 85, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at his home. Mr. Williams was born Dec. 15, 1932, in Huntington, W.Va. He was retired from Texarkana Community College Audio Visual Department, a retired farmer, a member of First Baptist Church, Wake Village, Texas, and an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Bill Williams; and one daughter, Ginger LaBille. Survivors include his wife, Alice Williams of Texarkana; one sister, Regina Oldham of Parkersburg, W.Va; three grandchildren and spouses, Billy and Jennifer Howard, Jason and Jodie Williams and Madeline and Matthew Collins; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Wake Village, with the Rev. Scott Neathery officiating. Entombment will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
