DIERKS, Ark.—Betty Ann White Griffin, 73, of Rockwall, Texas, died Friday, July 27, 2018, in Rockwall after a brief illness. Mrs. Griffin was born Jan. 25, 1945, in Borger, Texas. She was a former contract administrator for the U.S. Department of Defense. Survivors include one son, James "Chip" Griffin Jr. of Texarkana; two brothers, Victor David White of Dierks and Mark White of Texarkana, Ark.; three sisters, Verna White Jones of Murfreesboro, Ark., Donna White Strasner of Umpire, Ark., and Vicki White Graves of Texarkana; one grandson, Patrick Martin Griffin of Texarkana; one special friend, Frank Vecellio of Rockwall; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Aug. 4 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Bissell Chapel Memorial Garden Fund, c/o Belinda McQuary.
