Dale Sterling Andrews, 58, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, July 26, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Andrews was born Dec. 2, 1959, in Fresno, Calif. Survivors include his wife, Donna Andrews; one stepson, Kevin Scott Aaron; his mother, Betty Andrews; and three sisters, Teri, Shawn and Brenda. No services are scheduled at this time.
