De QUEEN, Ark.—Margaret Kate Purtell Pell, 86, of Lockesburg, Ark., died Thursday, July 26, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Pell was born Oct. 3, 1931, in Lockesburg. She was owner of Pell RV Park, a homemaker and a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Claude "J.C." Pell; and one daughter, Kathy Estell Pell Mohr. Survivors include two grandsons and one granddaughter-in-law, Kristofer and Amanda Mohr of Fort Worth, Texas, and Gregory Mohr of Raleigh, N.C.; three nephews, Wayne Smith of De Queen, Randy Pell of Hope, Ark., and Johnny Pell of Ashdown, Ark.; three nieces, Joy Cruz of Louisiana, Claudine Tompkins of Lockesburg and Barbara Martin of Little Rock; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Oddfellows Cemetery, Lockesburg, with Dewayne Mack and John Lindsey officiating. Burial will be under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
