SYBIL RASH

Sybil Frances Rash, 73, of Carrollton, Texas, died Friday, June 8, 2018, in a Plano, Texas, hospital. Ms. Rash was born Feb. 14, 1945, in Texarkana, Ark. She was retired from Texarkana, Ark., School District. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rash. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Scott Blair of Carrollton. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
