NEW BOSTON, Texas—James Edward Taylor, 78, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, June 18, 2018, in a local hospice. Mr. Taylor was born Dec. 29, 1939, in Gorman, Texas. He was a retired machinist and member of Victory City Baptist Church, Leary, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Linda Taylor of Texarkana; two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Sharon Taylor of Texarkana and Kenny and Ronda Taylor of Hooks, Texas; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
