CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Richard Crigler Harvey, 86, of Annona, Texas, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at his home. Mr. Harvey was born July 13, 1931, in Titus County, Texas. He was a mechanic, large-equipment operator, a mechanic, former Red River County Commissioner and a member of Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Ann Harvey of Annona; two daughters and sons-in-law, Vivian Harvey and Dennis Wright of Austin and Anthea and Mike Wrinkle of Sachse, Texas; two sisters, Ramona Duren and Sandra Puckett of Clarksville; two brothers, Billy Harvey of Oregon and Bob Harvey of Paris, Texas; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Church of Christ. Burial will be in Savannah Cemetery under direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
