Joann Laverne Williamson

RICHARDSON, Texas—Joann Laverne Williamson, 80, of Dallas died Friday, June 22, 2018. Mrs. Williamson was born May 28, 1938, in Doddridge, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of the PTA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Williamson. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Dana Williamson of Pasadena, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and David Vinton of Marshall, Texas, and Kristina and Ivor Chester III of Irving, Texas; two brothers, Jerry Lee Jones and Carroll Lynn Jones; one cousin, Pat Broome; and eight grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sparkman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
