NEW BOSTON, Texas—David Wayne Cannon, 63, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mr. Cannon was born Oct. 31, 1954 in Texarkana, Texas. He was a welder with Ingersol Rand and a Baptist Survivors include one brother, Leonard Cannon of Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Judy Ray of Hooks, Texas; and a number of other relatives.
