Betty Diane May Harvin, 74, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, March 2, 2018, at her home. Arrangements are pending with Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Relatives will be at the home of Sherry Moore, 3050 MC 13, Fouke, Ark.
