Betty Diane May Harvin, 74, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, March 2, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Harvin was born Dec. 8, 1943, in Miller County, Ark. She was retired from Southwest Arkansas Development Council and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Harvin. Survivors include one daughter, Becky Meisinger of Texarkana; her mother, Annie Estelle Hartman of Fouke, Ark.; four sisters, Sherry Moore, Melody Bull, Donna Hartman and Tammy Hartman of Fouke; one brother, Patrick Hartman of Dierks, Ark.; three grandchildren, Roy Meisinger and Sarah Wilson of Genoa, Ark., and Jeremiah Meisinger of Simms, Texas; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Rev. Todd Reed officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
