WILLIS ENGLAND

Willis R. England, 89, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, March 1, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mr. England was born Feb. 20, 1929, in Edmonton, Ky. He was a retired school teacher, a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the Army and a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lee England. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Dallas Dockter of Tucson, Ariz., Libby and Jack Wolf of Texarkana and Jenny and Bob Millner of Bismarck, N.D.; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Lynn England of Helna, Mont.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
