WILLIE JOHNSON

Willie Ray Johnson, 62, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Johnson was born Sept. 24, 1955, in Tearkana, Ark. She was a beautician and cosmetologist and a member of Holy Temple COGIC. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce Johnson. Survivors include two daughters and spouses, Sharon Johnson and Louis Davis of Crockett, Texas, and Deleesha Price and Carletta Gray of of Texarkana; one son and spouse, Anthony and Suekardi Johnson of Texarkana; one brother, Calvin Johnson of Texarkana; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty Giles and Tommy Hison of Texarkana; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Holy Temple COGIC with the Rev. Rockridge Hannah officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Haynes Mortuary.
